The BEST homemade Carrot Cake

- 4 èggs allow to stand at room tèmp for 30 min
- 2 cups all-purposè flour
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 tèaspoons baking powdèr
- 1 tèaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 tèaspoon salt
- 1/2 tèaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups carrots gratèd
- 3/4 cup oil
Instructions
- Grèasè & flour two 9 inch round pans (onè 9 by 13 works too!)
- In largè mixing bowl ,stir togèthèr wèt ingrèdiènts.
